He said that would lead to a massive sell off that would cripple the markets like no other government policy ever. It would crush those who have or plan to ‘buy and hold’.
I hate theHarris concept that billionaires need to be demonized by not ‘paying their fair share’. Just curious, Biden didn’t care about that during his term? How about Obama during his?

You can tell your brother that he can vote for Harris/Walz with confidence, as taxing unrealized gains has almost no chance of becoming law. Besides being politically unpalatable, there is no method of recovering any tax monies paid if the stocks are eventually sold at a loss.
