If only ONE teenage 'born as a girl' in a school prefers dressing and being treated as a boy, and is accepted as such, then there is a case to be made for provision of sanitary products where she needs them.
I do concede that it's a fringe and rather extreme case, but no child should be stigmatised for gender preference. Kids can be cruel at the best of times.
