If you shoot somebody that turns out to be unarmed, you are under big scrutiny. You can definitely go to prison if the AG has it in for gun rights people. That it would be in your home would help you, but not save you.

What's your dispute on the facts, OG? That Hamilton Brown didn't own Africans as slaves in Jamaica? That Hamilton Brown didn't give rise to a line that eventually begat Donald J Harris and then Kamala Harris? That Kamala Harris bears some type of responsibility for Hamilton Brown's unsavory conduct, even though he died approx. 120 years before she was born, and when slavery was abolished in Jamaica 130 years before she was born?
