If I had to make a test, I'd ask, "how much time does the person report opinions of others rather than stating their own?" And second requirement is how much they cover opposing views in the proper context without twisting it up. It's not a perfect test, but as close as I can think of at the moment.

I think Maddow got so much grief because she's supposed to be trustworthy, but the stuff she was promoting here got elderly folk killed when their relatives came to see them, being told they can't transmit the virus after the wonder shot
