There's a development in the 3 Australian deaths due to poison mushrooms. here are the characters, for my benefit at least *Erin Patterson , the mushroom cook *Don and Gail Patterson, died, her former in-laws *Heather Wilkinson, died, Gail's sister *Ian Wilkinson, Heather’s husband, in critical condition Erin Patterson has now said she got the mushrooms from the store. She’s made a mistake now for sure, for the reasons that it’s unheard of to buy such in the normal course of things … and no other shopper, evidently, got hold of these poison mushrooms. That tactic was used back in the 80s by a woman who poisoned her husband with cyanide laced Excedrin. She also planted some on store shelves and killed a few strangers too.
