Few things give me more pleasure than seeing Elon suffer.

Anyone catch his disaster of an interview tonight? It seems like he’s not doing well (physically and mentally).

I'm confused as to the borderline obsession The Left has with Elon Musk; I'm pretty sure I don't look at him favorably or unfavorably. For anyone who hates him, I'd simply say, "Don't use Twitter, don't buy a Tesla, and otherwise, why care that he even exists?"

The Left loved him until he took over Twitter and said he wasn't going to continue their monopoly over who gets censored and who doesn't. The Narrative is sacred.

Read some of his tweets and try not to hate him. He is a sad sad man. And an anti-Semite.

I’m not going to stop using Twitter though. I suspect it will outlast his ownership.

Only until he talked about things other than tech and science. And that makes perfect sense to me. Nothing odd about his rejection from the left. He was never on it anyway.

A good decision. I muted him so his tweets will never show up on my feed. But every now and then he says something so dumb (his recent anti-Semitic idiocy which lost him lots of advertisers) that the news stories about them appear.

This is an uninformed opinion as I just said I have no intention of reading his Tweets, but it wouldn't shock me that whatever passes for 'Anti-Semitism,' according to the Far Left, wouldn't hold water for most people. Feel free to provide me with quotes here, if you wish, but by no means am I looking for it on my own time.

There's also any amount of anti-white speech on various social media platforms, which is bizarre, as, 'White,' doesn't even really mean anything. It's not a culture or religion, in and of itself, in any event. I certainly don't look at white people and say, "Oh yeah, I identify with them." When you talk about White Evangelical Christians, I hate most of them, so why would I identify with that?

Either way, the Far Left has lost all sense of nuance and social media seems content to care about acceptance of all, as it suits them, or express outright rejection of certain types of people, as it suits them. It's a constantly moving target of pointless outrage.

Hence, my being economically conservative now. Why would I vote for anything that would help most people? Whether it be the Far Left crop of loud idiots who care nothing for nuance or facts, or it be poor Evangelical Christians in rural areas (who would likely benefit from more government spending on social safety nets) why would I ever want that? Let them all starve, as far as I'm concerned.

Still, I'm far left on social issues. I think they can do whatever they want, within legality.

Hmmm...I don't know anything about the Jewish community hating whites. In general terms, I don't think the Jewish community believes in hating anyone. The Jewish community seems, in very general terms, mostly content to keep to themselves. I don't think I've ever had a negative interaction with someone that I've known to be Jewish, at least, not a random interaction that was negative.

To the extent that the Far Left has expressed a ton of hatred towards white people, particularly, heterosexual white males...and Jews tend to identify with the political left, I guess the statement could be true of some individual Jews, but I don't know where, "Jewish communities have been pushing..." comes from.

I'm not actually sure what the middle part of that quote is trying to say. Is he talking about the country that these, 'Western Jewish Populations,' live in, or is he talking about Israel? I would say that Israel is NOT their country if they are, 'Western Jewish Populations,' unless they are living here but are citizens of Israel, or dual-citizens, of course. Generally, in the case of a Jew from the United States, the United States is their country.

I would agree, if he means Israel, to the extent that I don't give a s*** what happens in Israel, either. Why should I? I don't care who wins. I do hope that one side completely exterminates the other from the face of the Earth so we can discontinue doing this crap every few years. I'd be perfectly content for traditional media (other than Jewish or Palestinian media) to totally stop reporting on it because affairs thousands of miles away from this country have no business putting Americans at odds with each other. That's made even worse when you have Americans picking a side, then getting all emotional and heated about things, when few to none have any idea what's going on over there in the first place.

Does that make Musk an anti-Semite? I don't know. Would you say that qualifies as hatred or prejudice against Jewish people? Prejudice, maybe, because he did express agreement with a very general statement that doesn't make a ton of sense anyway.

Even then, if that's the only thing that could be perceived as Anti-Semitic he's ever said, then I think it's a bit of a reach to flatly call him an Anti-Semite. Would he want to alienate such a high percentage of Americans who can afford to buy Teslas?
