Come on man you are smarter than that. The Judge did not overturn or deny anything yet, she wants to have more hearings on it before making a decision because she wants to make sure the deal is constitutional. "Rejected" is a term that has been being used in the media, but it is a bit misleading, she basically continued the case to discuss the plea deal further (no decision has been rendered.)

We are arguing semantics' but she clearly rejected (overturned) the plea deal in its current form.

It will not be back in its current form as I said. It is not a minor fix of the agreement. Quote below is from the NYT quoting the judge.

That was not a reflection of informality. It was a signal that she was about to subject them to three-plus hours of relentless interrogation over elements of an agreement she described, variously, as “not standard, not what I normally see,” possibly “unconstitutional,” without legal precedent and potentially “not worth the paper it is printed on.”
