They already spent plenty of time and effort trying to prove that Joe/Hunter connection without any prosecutable success.

You really don't follow the news much do you. Who's going to prosecute a sitting president, nobody. There's about an 80% chance that widen is going to Pardon himself before he leaves office.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Knowing and proving in a court of law are two very different things. Anyone who remembers the OJ trial knows this.

In any case, Ukraine got great ROI for what they paid to buy Joe.

I expect that Trump will pardon Joe Biden. By issuing such pardon it will be a ‘left handed’ way for Trump to ‘convict’ Joe Biden of his ‘crimes’. Without the fuss and muss of actually having to do so. I mean, you don’t pardon someone who did not commit a crime, do you!?!

Biden is allowed to refuse it. RATIONALE for doing so: an 82 year old man already has problems with communicating, and his memory is suspect. And even if it gets to trial he may not be in any condition to finish it. His lawyers will run delays just like Trump did. He may even die before anything is completeld

I think it's a good bet he can refuse it and be fine. Now will he get advice and think the same way or not? That I don't know.

"Death penalty for a demonstration an insurrection and treason?"

Fixed it for you. No need to thank me.

So did you want the death penalty for the people who volunteered to be human shields during the Iraq war? How about against Dan Rather for interfering in the 2004 election with his fake news story? How about against everyone who had anything to do with the fake Trump dossier?

How about for the MGTOW members who use the name as a front for gay pedophiles? Asking for a friend.

Trump will not waste his time on this kind of thing. Same as he did not go after Hillary for her crimes. He is going to be too busy making America great again.
