It was left in a tour area apparently so that is plausible. I would be shocked if they did not already have the video of who left it. It's also plausible some idiot on a tour dropped his coke baggy when taking his phone out to take a photo. I doubt this has anything to do with people living there (who if they use cocaine would have a proper storage area). Also, the Bidens were not even in town when this was dropped there. |
