As long as the only violation is entering unlawfully. But there's all kinds of other charges involved with many. NO ONE IS REQUIRED TO TELL YOU A LAW EXISTS, you're supposed to check. (Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and all that.) Just being on the Capitol steps is against the law if you don't have permission. If someone is claiming a federal officer told them to steal, or break something, they can rot, if they thought they were tricked, because they're total idiots. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

We're finding out as time goes by the absolute Gestapo tactics used by the Biden Administration to suffocate and bury the truth about January 6th. That it was a completely set up operation from start to finish and run by the FBI. Anybody else notice that Bill Maher is finally coming around to not sounding like someone who's certifiably insane. Turns out he only listened to Media that confirmed his bias so he had no idea what was going on. Now that he's finding out the truth about hoax after hoax after hoax perpetrated by the left, he's slowly pivoting to a new point of view. It turns out he's not a total idiot after all. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Not this ‘Rightie’. The proof that is in the number of insurrectionists that have admitted guilt, (some showing contrition, others not). I agree with a few others here that they should have been made into martyrs. I disagree with the lefties that this was ever a real threat to our democracy. Just an inconvenience that had to be taken care of. It NEVER was going to ‘work’ at preventing Biden from becoming President. |
