But, I am totally on the side that knives are deadly, and using deadly force (guns) in response to a knife attack is justified. We are not the Netherlands where we can have a legion of police in armor and riot shields surround crazy knife wielding homeless people for hours in a bizarre formation until they tire out and drop the knife. If you come at somebody with a knife in the U.S. gun use is justified. I mean what is the lethal force alternative? Are cops supposed to carry swords to use for deadly force when somebody uses an edged weapon? |

Just able to block some of the Democrat agenda. It’s not easy with a Dem Senate and Dem President. But MUCH easier than just McConnell using the filibuster. I’ve said this many times. Having the three (senate house presidency) split 2-1 is good. It requires some bipartisanship. Which tends to marginalize those on the extremes. Like Gaetz types. Or Tlaib types. |
