Well, didn't Trump spend MOST of his life in NYC?

Donald J. Trump likely has the missing papers and won't provide them.

That could be why they raided his residence with the authority of violence given by Biden (machine guns).


For Biden to risk our justice system on one person, there has got to be more of a reason than just winning the Presidency.

Something much larger is not public.


My understanding is Presidents don't have Q clearance but Donald J. Trump had it for other reasons (I already left links as to why).

On a more serious note: How will drumph have his followers exert revenge on the jurors. Their courage has been amazing.

I was shocked he was convicted on all counts. My wife has a theory that I like that Trump will get house arrest or probation on the 34 counts but that the judge will sentence him to a couple of days in jail for the gag order violations. I sure hope so.

Chance of 12 jurors agreeing on the obvious guilty verdicts is slim to nil.

Depends on which borough the trial takes place.

Manhattan and Bronx are an automatic conviction.

Staten Island is an automatic acquittal.

Queens is a likely hung jury.

Brooklyn is a possible hung jury.

A Judge can take into account a convicted felon who shows no remorse when he sentences him.

(Also, his "rallies" will be quite amusing if he has to do them virtually....)

I believe Florida is his legal residence and Florida allows convicted felons to vote if the charges were not in Florida.

That is true, and the is part of the amusing aspect. To be on house arrest you need a residence in the State of conviction (in most cases, I am sure there are some random exceptions that some of the resident lawyers will cite, etc....)

And, even if Trump wins the Presidency, he will be stuck with the house arrest conditions (he cannot pardon himself,) so it will be interesting to see how he accomplished this while President.
