I know that’s suppose to show how the Democrats really are, but which side the law currently is on shows Trump supporters who they really are. I don’t know how many times we’ve seen Trump appointed judges and trump appointed SCOTUS forced to rule against him, but a lot more than the opposite.

I don't know who it shows what; it is just a simple comment based on observation of what seems to happen every time something negative happens in his court cases.

I believe she said yesterday that she could seize all his assets and he’d still owe hundreds of millions (i.e. he is broke). I can’t see him handling this public humiliation like a grown man.

He apparently “Truthed” all morning about it.

He as the full capacity to totally turn any "good" that comes his way out of any positive uptick to his numbers as a reaction by potential voters to the taking his assets from voters into a negative.

It is his super power.

It is why Schumer is the Majority Leader today.

Explain to me why Kelce needs a loan? And how Trump knows she won’t give him one?

Teasing of course….. If anyone does give Trump a loan and then complains later about not being paid back I won’t shed many tears. You pay more attention than I do. When does he go on trial for ANY criminal offense?

Mid April in NYC for the Stormy Daniels hush money payment.

That’s the weakest of all the cases against him though.

Who knows?

'In each of Trump’s four criminal cases, from South Florida to Manhattan, Trump’s prosecutors have seemed to be on their heels of late, at the mercy of a dwindling 2024 calendar, adverse decisions from judges as well as missteps, miscalculations and just plain bad luck."

https://www.politico.com/news/2024/03/16/trump-trial-election-five-questions-00147439

The dates keep getting pushed. It took a while for the various prosecutors to get them ready to indict in each case. It is going to take a while to get them to trial because there is a lot of evidence that has to be gone through so the defense can make a case. Of course Trump's team is using every means possible to avoid trial.

I wonder if ANY of the cases had an offense simple enough to charge more quickly with perhaps not with all kinds of extra charges added in order to actually get something tried last year instead of whenever?

Most are legit delays in the sense that one side made a legit appeal even if they knew it would fail eventually or the prosecutors missed something or failed to do something. However, Cannon in Florida I don't believe (based on analysis I've heard) that she has performed with competence or lack of more obvious bias.

I don't like the way Trump is managing to delay things, but at least if I'm going to be fair, and say he can use any ridiculous motion if the law allows it. Would I use every legal angle in the same position? (well, I would never be in his position) but I would use every angle. So, I can fault him for a lot, but not for using the legal system in any legal way it can aid him.

It would be hilarious if the President of the United States has his wages garnished while in office.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

4 years of Presidential salary won't cover much of what he owes as of now!
