The decision breaks down who-Donnie, Erick, Don Jr, each accountant and the organizations and trusts and companies themselves owes how much. And it states how much each person is jointly and severally liable for. The decision lists dollar amount, not shares of stock or controlling interest or deeds or equity in property. Sooner or later, if the decision holds, Donnie et al will have to write a very big check. Even if the AG forecloses on property and is sold at a fire sale, or seizes equity in businesses that end up worthless, Donnie et at will still have to make up the difference.
So, though they were acting as agents of the organisation, the judgements are against them personally.

Thanks. Makes sense. But that suggests that the organisation itself is not on the hook? So can organisation owned assets be seized?

Not to be jerk, but get a hold of the decision and skip to the end. That will tell you which persons owe money. It will also tell you which organizations owe money. Assets can be seized from anyone or anything liable, through the normal process for doing so.

The Orange Oaf need only call up his buddy, Putin, and POOF, the appeal bond money will appear.

He need not disclose the source of the funds, and I assume it could be hidden: plus it will reinforce his claim that he has the money to pay it himself.

LOL...is this a great country, or what?

What?!

If I was Eric, Jr or Weisselberg, I'd post my own bond with my own collateral and tell Donnie he's on his own...

3/25

"A state appeals court judge ruled last month that Trump must post a bond covering the full amount to pause enforcement of the judgment, which is to begin on March 25."

Unless the seizure of assets makes Trump spin completely into post-election 2020 mode or worse (end up as a guest in the looney bin), her seizing the assets will be a positive for his campaign.

I know that’s suppose to show how the Democrats really are, but which side the law currently is on shows Trump supporters who they really are. I don’t know how many times we’ve seen Trump appointed judges and trump appointed SCOTUS forced to rule against him, but a lot more than the opposite.

Working for Trump is its own punishment.

Quote:
Donald Trump appears to have cut Alina Habba out of a recent legal settlement, leaving one of his most prominent attorneys vulnerable to being sued for fraud.
Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, paid $82,500 last week to settle a lawsuit brought by former waitress Alice Bianco, who alleged that she was tricked into an unfair hush-money deal after being sexually harassed by a supervisor. The settlement contract included a bizarre and hugely significant line that stated both “parties agree that Alina Habba is not a party to this release,” The Daily Beast reported Tuesday.

This could prove dangerous for Habba, because according to the original lawsuit, she posed as a concerned friend to Bianco and offered her free legal advice about how to proceed regarding the harassment. But Habba quickly turned around, leveraging the relationship and “fraudulently inducing” Bianco to “quickly agree to unconscionable and illegal terms”—and ingratiating herself with Trump in the process, according to the lawsuit.

I believe she said yesterday that she could seize all his assets and he’d still owe hundreds of millions (i.e. he is broke). I can’t see him handling this public humiliation like a grown man.

He apparently “Truthed” all morning about it.
