Judge Cannon’s 93 page opinion says nothing about a Washington DC grand jury. The indictment in the classified documents case was by a Florida grand jury.

It won’t matter in California, but I’m sure the Republicans will seize on this…. California just passed a law preventing teachers/school administrators from notifying parents if a MINOR CHILD decides to change pronouns to be identified by the gender they were not born as.

I want my child’s school to be able to notify me about all behavioral issues that they recognize. I’m sure the great majority of Americans agree with me. This may move a few independent/undecided voters the Republican way.

This is way different than saying I disagreed with so and so's policies in 2016. But whatever, the clueless will go where they go because they stay clueless.

If JD Vance is a rational actor, he should be able to answer why that loon hung onto those classified documents and couldn't follow such a simple routine to turn them over once he was contacted. And why he was recorded waiving them around saying they were still classified.

Let's pretend he doesn't understand how that simple process works. You've already failed if you use that excuse.

And there's no evidence at all that they were rushing him to get it done. That's a fail too.

Isn't it the parents job to monitor their kids rather then the state
If you are good parents, you have a healthy relationship with your kids and would be aware of these situations
I don't think it's the states job to tattle tale on kids over complete BS.
Let's say some kid accuses another kid of changing a pronoun.
Maybe the accuser is lying. Maybe it's cruel harassment. Kids can be incredibly cruel

You actually want the state to start an investigation over this and notify the parents because of what's said on the playground
What's next. Monitor all talk on the playground and notify parents if they hear a dirty word.

So the landlord who is paying his landscaper 25% more, his plumber 25% more, etc… should be limited to how much he can negotiate to charge a customer. If you own 49 units or fewer you are exempt, because, you know, people who are renting from owners with less than 50 units don’t need the same protections as those renting from bigger landlords. Makes sense to me. NOT!
If you actually think this 5% mandate is a good idea, make it for everybody.

No investigation. What I want is the people I entrust my kids with for 30 hours a week to inform me of any serious problems they are having. I consider a 14 year old not knowing what their gender is a serious problem. Kid talks about shooting people? Let me know! Kid is caught with cocaine? Let me know! Kid wants to deny he is a boy? Inform me!
You think it’s BS when a boy asks to be called ‘she’. I think it’s a sign of a medical problem. Called gender dysphoria.

I’ll lump your next post together with this one. Here’s the problem with taking away the tax breaks from those landlords. They probably were given them as an incentive to build the apartments. Like perhaps they wouldn’t even be built without the tax incentives. And the government, aware of the extreme housing crisis, is trying to expand the housing stock. How do they incentivize the building of more units? With tax incentives!!!!
