Sorry genius, calling for someone's death is what Mob bosses do, or the Supreme Leader of Iran, whereas wishing or hoping for someone to die is not that.

The Secret Service might hassle someone and keep an eye on someone who does it often enough to get noticed, but other than that, they can't apply the laws against threatening a President.

I received a complaint about this post, making comparisons to a post that triggered a hate speech suspension for advocating harm/death to a subset of the population.

Had it been for just the text, I would have let it go as a commentary on presidential immunity. However, my interpretation of the two emojis at end cross the "hate speech" line, which is usually in the form of advocating for the death or harm of others. Seven days.
