The elite need more money for their wars, so they're holding the southern border for hostage.

If the elite representation replace an elite person with another, then someone worse could result.

Plus, the Sanctuary cities will continue to be flooded, which will flip the elite votes to non-elite votes.

So it's a blessing in disguise.

It also clearly shows where the upper elite votes are coming from.

The elite love war, so to get their way, they have to threaten Americans.

The elite are governing from behind the scenes, funded in part by the west coast plantation owners (big tech).

I think they should give up on it because they would just replace him with someone equally uncommitted to enforcing the law at the border working for a President who thinks Trump is still in office because he is trying to blame the whole problem on him.

?? Replace him? Why would you even mention that? There is a ZERO chance he needs replacing. The ‘impeachment’ is just ceremonial when there is a Democrat majority Senate who apparently won’t even need to hold a real trial if impeachment actually happens. And if it does happen ( a trial), there are 50+ not guilty votes regardless of ANY evidence presented.

ALL the Republicans need to do is mention the NUMBERS of migrants that will STILL be allowed in under fake asylum claims even if this bill passes. It’s well over a MILLION a year. And DOESN’T even count the myriad who will still cross fully illegally.

I meant give up on the impeachment; it is a waste of time and it wouldn't pass, The point is that even if it somehow did, we'd get another person with the same instructions from the big boss.

I want the Republicans to handle the border bill with a better answer than just rejecting it. Get out there, tell everyone the concerns, and propose real reforms that will work.

While doing that, outline exactly what Biden can do right now to slow things down.

Tell the Democrats that you'll work day and night to get a proper bill passed.

Anheuser Busch "not really a woke company." Aw Shucks!

“The Bud Light ad was a mistake of epic proportions, and for that a very big price was paid, but Anheuser-Busch is not a Woke company,” Trump wrote. “Anheuser-Busch is a Great American Brand that perhaps deserves a Second Chance? What do you think? Perhaps, instead, we should be going after those companies that are looking to DESTROY AMERICA!”

Jeff Miller, a close confidant of former Speaker Kevin McCarthy who built his Washington business during the Trump years, announced on X, formerly Twitter, on Tuesday that he would be hosting the fundraiser. The event is set to feature dozens of members of Congress and Republican leadership, as well as Donald Trump Jr[spoiler]

Jeff Miller, a lobbyist for the company, is holding fundraiser for Trump with some tickets at $10,000.

Someone at Securities please check if Trump just reinvested in the company. He used to own a significant amount of stock reports say.

This morning: SCOTUS hearing on Colorado removing the disgraced insurrectionist from the ballot.

No word on how many gold bars Clarence Thomas has collected since they announced the date of this hearing.

Even ignoring the makeup of the SCOTUS, I would think that this would be a tough sell; Trump hasn't actually been convicted of anything along those lines. I'd also be concerned about what sort of precedent it might lead to vis-a-vis keeping people off of ballots.

The only way I could possibly see SCOTUS deciding in Colorado's favor would be on Tenth Amendment grounds as the Federal Government doesn't actually do anything, per se, that would regulate the conduct of primaries and general elections, aside from proscribing dates for the latter.

There is a charge of insurrection?

There is a conviction of insurrection?

Was there an impeachment conviction of insurrection?

It is a great word but I really do think if someone could make a case that would lead to a conviction, they would charge him.

Will you accept a 7-2, 8-1, or 9-0 decision that leaves him on the ballot?

He, as Mission posits and as I have seen mentioned before in articles, could be ruled against now since the primary elections are more of a State and party issue and then have to go back to court if they try to keep him off the ballot in November. Maybe they can even say that he can be left off now but must be placed on the November ballot should he be the nominee.

Thankfully the constitution doesn’t require any of these!

That may be true, but the only case made for it where testimony was taken and a defense could be presented did not result in a conviction.

That should weigh in much more heavily than some bureaucrats decision.

14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: Civil Rights (1868):

"Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
