100%, the President can be a role model for many other crisis, just walking the streets of the capital while under siege. Most, would out of the country, or hiding in a secure compound.

I fully agree, my post was not meant to disparage Joe Biden (more so foreign politicians from other countries who flee at the first sign of trouble, and then are shocked that the Army basically gives up fighting instantly).

The Ukraine President has balls, he is just strolling the streets while the City is under siege with no direct security. And, he has refused the offer of many countries (including the U.S.) for a special evacuation. My guess is that is extremely inspiring for people on the ground, its inspiring for me, and I don't even have a connection to Ukraine (other than a general preference for Ukraine over Russia). People like leaders who lead from the front.

From the Ukrainian point of view, you have to either shoot attackers or be shot or taken over by them no matter how you feel about them. It's a fairly pragmatic choice. I've got nothing against wild animals like a bear. I don't even hunt them. But I'm gonna shoot at one if it tries to attack me and I have a gun.

Come on we know you wouldn’t have a gun. And second of all, if you’re not hunting, it’s called bear spray, it works.

He is a very mentally ill and desperate person, who is capable of anything. People like him, only get worse over time, without professional help, or a bullet.

I've been wondering if the speculation on his mental state has any merit. i'd prefer to think he's just made some bad calculations.

I've also been wondering about his possible use of smaller tactical nuclear weapons, though the only concentrated areas of Ukrainians are the cities and that still would be likely to be mostly civilians. I don't think the Ukrainian forces are in enough concentrated mass anywhere.

It's interesting that they are activating the nuclear program rights as they agree to talks.

My guess is the invasion is going not as planned (its actually going pretty terribly), so they are going to try to flex in some other way, and demand something in exchange for peace which would be unreasonable, and then they can say "see we attempted peace, but they would not give us this massive block of land that we demanded".... I would not put it past Russia at this point.

People who have known him personally for years are saying something's off, he's acting differently. Like his medications are screwing him up. I heard one professional say that because Putin is a textbook narcissist he could be screwed up on medications very easily becoming a Super Narcissist, narcissism on steroids so to speak.

I’m not who you think I am considering whatever it is you’re referencing. Pointing out your self own isn’t confrontational.
