Shining blinding lights into the eyes of subjects, and shining blinding lights into the lenses of camera recording police activity is a time honored cop ploy. Now they don['t like it when we do it. Screw them. |

He always have. But will incoherently blather that since they didn’t attack them the blinding lights are not violence. The temper tantrums the left participates in are a stain on society. Vote more Congressmen in than the right does. Vote more Senators in than the right does. Vote a President and Vice President in. Until then, stop being the crying whiny babies that defines your party, your platform, and your ideas. |

You're right. The Great Divide began when the Vietnam War protests took off. Til then, Americans were all pretty much going along with the establishment programming...behave, work hard, marry, breed... But 'Nam made us think and reflect about things and this led to more liberal, progressive thought than had been there before. Reagan was very polarizing, as was Clinton...and it has continued ever since. What we need is a true, non-political existential threat to our nation to make us ONE again. Hello, interstellar visitor 3I/Atlas...What if? Do you come in peace or do you want us on your menu? "I'm really pleased to meet you but I'd much rather eat you." An attempt to exterminate us by interstellar visitors would be very interesting ... and unifying. |

You don't get it. Go to the library and check out the book "Great Moderates in World History." The USA is in a struggle for which way it will go. The left always fights to pull things left.
