This farce of a show reminds me of the Trump impeachment. Back then it was a bunch of Democrats who wanted to hear themselves talk at the taxpayers expense. This time it is a bunch of Republicans. She is the next Supreme Court Justice. I wish ONE of the Republicans would have said this... "I am not going to vote for her because I don't want a liberal justice, qualified or not. But since there are enough Democrat votes to confirm her without a single Republican vote, let's just get it over with and vote!" |

She is still on track to be confirmed in under the average time and there is a split Senate. It will be “bipartisan”… |

Thank goodness Dems had the vote Because Moscow Mitch took a wrecking ball to tradition For now on, a President can only get a judge on the Supreme Court with a majority in the senate No senate majority, no vote on a pick due to the Moscow Mitch rule Sad No doubt we will have a 8 or 7 member Supreme Court in the future due to Moscow Mitch's racism Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

I really don't care about politics, but what makes you believe it is racism on McConnel's part? I just assumed it is stupid party politics. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

I am white and you are Asian, doesn't seem to expose any racism on McConnel's part in this particular proceeding. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |
