Grassley, Collins, and Murkowski have all already said they will not consider a SC nominee until after the election. Only takes one more (Romney?).

EDIT: Grassley made his comment back in 2018. Being a spineless Republican, I fully expect him to recant. Collins/Murkowski made their comments this month.

You realize if Biden wins and McConnell jams through a SC judge in the lame duck, Dems will expand the number of justices on the court the first chance they get, right?

In my opinion all of the Supreme Court Justices are moderate and not extremists so I don't care who gets nominated.

Actually, Murkowski’s statement was made to a reporter earlier today (before the RBG news even broke!). Collins’s statement was to a reporter earlier this month.

What does my being a lawyer have to do with whether there is evidence from today, when RBG actually passed away, backing up your claims? Murkowski said something earlier today, I saw that - but, what does what someone said weeks ago have to do with how they feel now that they are faced with reality?
