This quote is from your OP "Trump declared a loss of $916 million -- a move that could have allowed him to avoid paying taxes for almost the next two decades."

Glad to see that your realized that was just BS from the NYT and you believe he has been a successful business and making money.

I don't believe Trump is successful. And, you can't prove that he is without his tax returns.

What is most avaliable to the public for various reasons, was his AC venture which was a total fail.... Really his best buisness venture was inheriting his wealth from his father, which was quite impressive.... Trump airlines failed, Trump Vodka failed, Trump University failed, Trump steaks failed..... He has a couple properties that are maybe profitable (of course we don’t actually know).... But, generally he excels at failing....

Trump is successful at lying to his supporters and still having people idolize him....

And, honestly I wouldn't even care if he was honest and said "I have made bad deals", but he doubles down on every failure and goes on about how excellent he is.... Some have said the most valuable thing his owns is his brand ("Trump").

Part of me hopes Trump wins a second term so we can see how many promises he fails to keep (eliminating the national debt by the end of his second term).... I am confident whatever happens this election, Republicans will lose power. They already are a minority in the house, the Senate is turning bluer (probably within the next 1-3 cycles it will be a Democrat Senate, sooner if we can get some new states). If Democrsts controll all of Congress, Trump will be in check.... And, it won't be long before Republicans cannot win any national election, they are losing votes, and already have not won a popular vote in recent history (and with more states it would also ensure there would be a Democrat President most elections). The country is turning more blue, and that is a good thing for America.

Let's assume you made $75K last year Gandler. You had to pay support of $15K for a previous mistake you made on picking a wife. Was your income $75K or $60K? Without further descriptions like gross, net, taxable etc. the word income is meaningless.

If its meaningless why does he use it at rallies?

Don't believe he is successful? His properties around the world would challenge you there.

"Get some new states?" Sounds like you want the fix to be in.

How about we split Montana and Idaho into 4 new states?!

How many does he own? Many he just sold the rights to his name...

Yes, new states, or changing the rights of territories, there is no reason Puerto Rico should not be represented in the senate and able to vote for President.... Or Guam for that matter.... If the U.S. wants to keep territories (as it should) people there should have equal rights (they are full citizens).....

If we can get even 2 more senators (there are a couple of states that are projected to flip soon), the senate will be a majority democratic for the rest of my life. And, the Presidency would be a lock with all citizens being allowed to vote for Presdient.

Clinton is hardly the person who should be talking about someone else's finances. Another person who spend their life in politics making less than $400K per year but is worth tens of millions. HER tax returns are what you should want to see. How did she do that?

Both Clinton’s have released their tax returns all the way back to 1977.

Might as well let all 5 territories in, why limit it to two? 50K people you get a state. I get quite confused by some of your politics. You seem to like some freedoms and choices but you want the democrats in for life? The only good part of that is the dems will be charge when the US fails as a country and can take the blame.
