COECHELLA and its sister show STAGECOACH brig in $1.4 Billion.

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE was to headline but has no insurance for a date change, yet festival organizers want a postponement to October amidst virus fears in Riverside County.
Various announcements have been made about its postponed, its under discussion, etc.

LOTS of money riding on this.

I have started to notice a trend after two weeks of this fad. The same people who are scared to death that coronavirus will kill them are the same people who think that global warming will kill them. Although they now seem to think the virus will get them first. Meanwhile the rest of us go about our lives not buying the hype the media is selling us.

Marc Lipsitch told CBS News in an interview airing Monday that "40 to 70 percent" of the global population could become infected with coronavirus and that it’s “almost inevitable” that the virus will impact the “entire globe.” He added that 1 percent of those who develop symptoms could die.


If 675,000 people died of influenza in 1918 pandemic, and there are 331,883,986 people in the US today that is 0.20% of the population.

If 20% of the people get infected and 1% of those die, this virus could have the same death toll as the 1918 pandemic. A significant difference is that this virus is expected to kill mostly the old and the sick, while the 1918 virus killed people in the prime of their life (between ages of 20 and 40).

It makes me very uncomfortable when Tucker actually gets something right!

It looks as though a person's chances are pretty good if you get this as long as you don't get pneumonia. A common course is weakened immune system allows the bacteria in your upper lungs to attack generally

I just had a coughing fit from aspirating a bit of food - "went down the wrong hole" as we say. Just a common thing that happens often enough, but there's no need to ask "why would I have bacteria in my upper lungs?"
