I would think that would be a matter of national security. Link? The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |

On his way back to the WH now. A doc said the recovery rate for someone 74 with Trump's underlying conditions is 96%. So this is no big deal. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

petroglyph Member since: Aug 3, 2014 Threads: 25 Posts: 6227 | "“It was below 94%, it wasn’t down in the low 80s or anything,” the doctor said." The alarm goes off at 88 with the continuous monitor, and makes it hard to sleep. That's probably what happened, when you fall asleep the concentration drops a bit an they had continuous monitoring, along with bp every 15 minutes. Hospitals were never designed for the patient to get any rest. I can see it now, he allowed them to put him in Walter Reed as long as he could do some work and nap in between. All the medico's fussing over him are giving him "an abundance of caution" so they have him hooked up to the monitor. He falls asleep and his SPo2 drops to 88, the alarm goes off and everyone panics and goes into action [as they are trained to do]. They come rushing in, offering oxygen and although he doesn't think he needs it, he acquiesces and takes the canula's if they will leave him alone, twice. After a couple days he says "f" it, if I can't get any rest around here, I'm going back to work. The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |

Dalex64 Member since: Mar 8, 2014 Threads: 3 Posts: 3687 | Well if it stopped at 88, wouldn't one say "it wasn't down to the MID 80's or anything" ? For reference 80% and less Impaired mental function on average 75% and less Loss of consciousness on average If the level is below 90 percent, it is considered low and called hypoxemia.[1] Arterial blood oxygen levels below 80 percent may compromise organ function, such as the brain and heart, and should be promptly addressed. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen_saturation_(medicine) "Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts." Boy that is an interesting video. SOOPOO can probably verify that it sure looks like someone having some difficulty breathing. I was going to say, there is no way they would let him run around with a compromised oxygen level. It could come from recent exertion though. They could be jamming oxygen back on him as soon as he's out of sight. But that seems pretty irresponsible. Question is, is he still getting any continuing lung damage from this. And will it be worse later on? No way significant lung damage wouldn't show up during the debate if it happens. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |
