Common sense medicine is key. Vitamin D Zinc Hydroxychloroquine All as preventative or as soon as infection is found. Do those three and your chances go way, way up. But there is no money in it! Trump and others calling for it are hated by the media. So we let people die because the media does not like the messenger and Big Pharma cannot make enough money. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. I am not a Doctor. But, I believe Vitamin D is good for preventing many things. I never understand how so many people have a deficiency. They must stay inside all day? I don't have a diet that contains much natural vitamin D (in fact I avoid many of the foods that do have it, seafood), and I don't take vitamin d supplements, and my levels are always fine. If you spend a least a few hours a day outside there should not be issues (which may be the issue in modern America). |

I eat a can of vitamin D loaded sardines every day. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Not surprising. The average age of Coronavirus deaths is older than the average age of death by all other causes. Nearly all of the people dying from Coronavirus would have died of heart disease, stroke, natural causes etc in the next 1-2 years, the virus just got them first. Everyone has to die somehow. |

Nearly all? You mean more than 90%? Then you are just flat out wrong. Why would you just make up stuff? How about..... a lot of the deaths were in elderly sick people who had a short time left regardless. But saying ‘nearly all’ would have died ‘within 1 to 2 years’..... is just plain silly. |

| Pacomartin Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 1068 Posts: 12569 | At first I was going to say it correlates pretty close to population density, with these 7 as the densest states. 1 New Jersey 2 Rhode Island 3 Massachusetts 4 Connecticut 5 Maryland 6 Delaware 7 New York ... 23 Louisiana 32 Mississippi But Louisiana and Mississippi are fairly low ranked on population density scale. COVID Death Rate per 100000 282 New York City 179 New Jersey 132 Massachusetts 125 Connecticut 111 Louisiana 101 Rhode Island 89 Mississippi 87 District of Columbia 80 New York 73 Arizona 69 Michigan 66 Illinois 63 Delaware 63 Maryland 61 Pennsylvania 59 Georgia 59 South Carolina 58 Florida 58 United States of America 51 Indiana 48 Nevada 48 Texas 47 Alabama 39 New Mexico 38 Iowa 37 Ohio 35 California 34 Colorado 34 Minnesota 32 New Hampshire 31 Arkansas 31 Virginia 29 North Carolina 29 Tennessee 27 Missouri 26 Washington 23 Idaho 23 Kentucky 22 Nebraska 22 Oklahoma 21 North Dakota 20 South Dakota 20 Wisconsin 18 Virgin Islands 17 Kansas 16 Puerto Rico 14 West Virginia 13 Guam 13 Utah 12 Montana 11 Oregon 10 Maine 9 Vermont 7 Wyoming 6 Hawaii 5 Alaska 3 Northern Mariana Islands 0 American Samoa 0 Federated States of Micronesia 0 Palau 0 Republic of Marshall Islands Those numbers for NYC and NJ rank with the highest nationwide causes of death per 100K 164 Heart Disease 149 Malignant Neoplasm (cancer) 50 or fewer all other causes |

Masks everywhere. Thank goodness these Governors get it Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |
