In November, the Hydoxy Cloroquin debacle will be long forgotten.

Remdesivir will be front and center as an effective therapeutic, other therapeutics will follow. DEXAMETHASONE CUTS COVID MORTALITY BY 30%

A vaccine will be well into Phase III testing and will have already demonstrated effective anti-body generation in Phase I & Phase II patients. MODERNA VACCINE ENTERS PHASE III TRIAL

The public has already begun rejecting the stay at home orders and closures of small businesses. By June 15, states that are not fully open will be facing mass civil unrest forcing Governors to re-open everything except for mass gatherings (e.g. Concerts, Live Sporting Event Crowds, etc.). ALL STATES OPEN EXCEPT FOR CONCERTS & SPORTING EVENTS: CHECK

Trump will hold political rallies beginning in August to outcries from the Left. Conservatives that feel the personal risk to getting seriously sick are low based on the statistics will attend in droves and likely mask-less despite the outcries from CNN/MSNBC. TULSA RALLY COMES 6 WEEKS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND LISTEN TO CNN/MSNBC WRING THEIR HANDS OVER IT, THE HORROR!!!

The Economy that was pre-Covid-19 will show signs of coming back as third quarter earnings reports detail a rebound in consumer demand. The 33 million unemployed will be spending their $50K in annualized Fed & State UI weekly benefits, for most being Unemployed meant a raise. The still employed will deploy pent up demand on a re-opened economy, having money saved from buying less gasoline and eating more at home during the two plus month lock down. DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT TIL Q3 AS MAY'S SURPRISE JOB CREATION NUMBERS DRIVE S&P 500 UP 2.6%. MAY RETAIL SALES NUMBERS DRIVE S&P 500 UP 1.9%

The July and August Jobs Numbers will be key data points determining if re-hiring is taking place as the $600/week in supplemental UI benefits dries up for most. Bad numbers will help Biden's Candidacy.

Counteracting that fact pattern, Biden will have stumbled through answers at several awkward moments during the Presidential Debates and look like a teetering old man when asked to perform as a functioning human in the public spotlight.

Trump will win FL/AZ/NE/NC & WI at a minimum to gain the required 270 Electoral Votes and may pick up PA or MI along the way.

RGB gets replaced on SCOTUS with Trump Nominee and Breyer doesn't make it 4 more years. SCOTUS goes 7-2 Conservative/Strict Constitutional Interpretation.

Alternatively none of this happens. The Biden Administration leads us into a 2021 Depression and the Greatest Country in the modern world is toppled by the resulting Socialist Agenda.

I am placing my bet that Trump will be re-elected despite all the Twitter & Press Conference missteps, the warts and the orange tan appearance. The Oompa Loompa will be in office for four more years. I fear what Rachel, Don and Chuck Todd will do to themselves when they wake up Nov. 4th.

It's a cheap drug.

Dexamethasone, a steroid in use for decades, reduced deaths of COVID-19 patients on ventilators by about a third compared with standard care, researchers reported in a news release June 16. Deaths of COVID-19 patients on supplemental oxygen were reduced by about 20 percent. Researchers found no benefit for hospitalized patients who didn’t need extra oxygen.

4098 new cases in one day in ruby red TX. Previous daily high was 2504 new cases. Increases in testing can’t explain away this...

Meanwhile, Michigan’s numbers have been great lately. Thanks for listening to the scientists, Gov. Whitmer!

They are still one of the lowest states per capita for total number of cases. 2 weeks after the protests sure that has no bearing on the numbers.

And the numbers will go up
and up and up as more and
more are tested. It's hospitalizations
and deaths that count, not the
people who have it. In fact the
number of active cases with people
in the hospital peaked
on Ap 12th and has been in
steady decline ever since. Today
it stands at under 4%. Despite
it being that more and more
have the virus.

Meanwhile, Michigan’s numbers have been great lately. Thanks for listening to the scientists, Gov. Whitmer!

Did you think to look at the details to see if there might be a problem with today's TX data?

Anderson County new daily cases:

6/15: 0
6/16: 887.

Total Anderson County cases since tracking began: 989, including today's 887 "new case" number. Do you really think the 887 "new" cases today isn't a cumulative catch up number when yesterday the county had 102 cases cumulatively?

Brazoria County new daily cases:

6/15: 33
6/16: 556

Total Brazoria County cases since tracking began: 1495, inlcuding today's 556 "new case" number. Looks like another catch up number to me or the county recorded a 60% increase in cumulative Covid cases in one day, hmm, tough to decide.

Rusk & Hayes Counties appear to have similar problems but with smaller absolute catch up numbers.

So let's see, if you subtract Anderson & Brazoria County "catch up numbers" from your 4098 "daily" total, you get 2655. Seems in line with a result that is higher due to more testing.

I thought the Dems wanted more testing, testing, testing! Testing equals more positives & new cases. It's hard to understand I know. It's a percentage thing you see and, well, never mind!

You and Gov. Whitmer on the same "science" page :-)

Numbers & Non-Fiction, I recognize both are hard concepts but both you and Gov. Whitmer are going to really have to apply yourselves in order to keep up.

Dexamethasone is only a dollar a pill. Like I said, the fake BS promoted that big pharma is only interested in expensive drugs is a big lie.
