Forcing them to open before there is sufficient demand sure will kill off a lot of small businesses that the GOP always pretends to care about (but doesn’t really).

Let them stay closed if they want. Give them government assistance if they choose to do so. Money MUCH better spent than some dumb payroll tax cut or capital gains tax reduction.

They can stay closed. I didn't see in the opening plans put forth by any state that a business must open. The 3 or 4 trillion the government has given away already is enough.
Agree that payroll tax cut is ill thought out. Agree that reduction in capital gains tax is ill thought out. (I didn't even know that was in the plans)
