Done properly is the key ..there are many botched lethal injections

You first state that lethal injection
is always painful, then run madly
backwards and say um, uh, it's
the BOTCHED ones that are bad.

You misstated it the first time
because you were either lied
to about it by your Leftie
friends, or you hoped nobody
would catch you out and you
could push your agenda.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

No. the way it is practised in most states is not painless. I stand by my statement 100%.

There are drugs used, that are not necessary, and are uses purely to prevent convulsions for the onlookers.

I agree it could be painless in an ideal world, actually, it would not be legal in an ideal world.

I guess agreeing with most developed countries (and 40% of states for that matter) is drinking the Kool Aid?

But you said it's ALWAYS painful, which
just isn't true. For a long time in Japan
capital punishment was done by
crucifixion. You probably have
problems with that, too. The whole
point of capital punishment is as
a deterrent. In Japan, they had an
almost zero crime rated because
you got crucified if you so much
as stole a pair of chop sticks.

I don't think you understand the
point of capital punishment. It's
not a way for the convicted to
go out in a warm and fuzzy way.

Lately I have started inflating my pain rating when they asked. I have experienced more dramatic pain than most people through all my issues and 23 operations. I worry that when I tell them my pain level is 5 they won't take it as serious as someone that says theirs is a 9 or 10, where in my mind they probably haven't experienced pain that I would even classify as a 3.

You shouldn't really have to exaggerate. If what you're given is not working for you, ask for more, or something else. Always worked for me.

The biggest mistake I've made after surgery is actually delaying scheduled doses 'cause I was still okay. And when you get behind, the same amount of medication may not be enough to catch up.

It's frightening out there, being in pain.

It used to be easier to rathole a few.

Would that be the same UN that puts countries like KSA on a Human Rights Commission?

I think they should bring back the gas chamber and use Nitrogen. Not Nitrous Oxide, Nitrogen.

I've read that if you slowly make the oxygen content to zero or near it, the person, who passes out first, does not get the sensation of asphyxiation. Of course in that situation he would know what was about to happen, that can't be avoided, at least I don't think the process would have a surprise asphyxia.
