Trump 2.....................Nancy Pelosi and the idiot house impeachment managers 0

I watched most of the losers’ press conference after Trump was acquitted. They are completely clueless. They seem to fail to understand that they LOST.

Nancy will go down in history as the only Speaker of the House to bring two failed impeachments.

I have read here many comments here concerning the constitutionally of the senate trial. I believe this issue has yet to be determined. Just because a majority of the senate voted to hold the trial, that vote DOES NOT make the trial constitutional. Many, many times throughout our countries’ history, laws voted on and passed by elected officials including the US senate have been determined to be unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court. I wish that there would be some way for the US Supreme Court to actually rule on the issue.

The “trial” was a complete joke (even though I do agree with the final result). Anyone who believes that the senate “trial” was fair and judged impartially by the senators needs to have their heads examined. Yes, I am happy with he outcome but I am not in denial that the process was corrupt.

While reading many of the posts here, I think that it would be “karma” if some members here found themselves in a similar situation as a defendant as Trump was but were found to be guilty.

How would you like to be a defendant in a trial where:
-you are not allowed “due process”
-you have a biased judge who has said that you are guilty before the trial even started, such an Senator Leahy did
-you are facing prosecutors, such as the “House Impeachment Managers” who lie, and additionally provided fabricated, false and misleading evidence
-you have jurors who have predetermined your guilt prior to the “trial”, such as both the democrats and republicans have

I think you would “change your tune” real fast.

Since their convicting presidents is 0-4, I think I'd love it.

I'm not sure how many members know that the current US House of Representatives has a member who was successfully impeached and removed from office. The Senate voted on 11 articles of impeachment, convicting the person on 8 articles.

The congressman is ALCEE L. HASTINGS, a DEMOCRAT representing Florida's 20th Congressional District.

I mean, Holy Cow! But for the hypocritical Democrats, I would expect nothing less! Just like for Trump... since Hastings was not disqualified from holding future office, he (and Trump) can, if the people vote him in. The people I’m sure were made aware of the criminal activities of Hastings, and voted him in anyway. Funny how the 20+ Democrats that voted to acquit the scoundrel faced no repercussions.....

I’ve been saying that for the past 4 years. You don’t like a President? Vote him out! Not waste millions of dollars on a trial with ZERO chance of a conviction. TWICE!!!!

It doesn't say anywhere in the Constitution that election should be preferred over impeachment for keeping someone out of office. But people keep making that unsupported argument as if it was ever addressed.

While one thing the latest attempt at impeachment proves is which party loves freedom and which is the party of sheeples. Some of the Republican politcians in both houses voted against their party on impeachment. Voting how they felt or wanted to appear to the their voters. Not one Democratic politician in either house had the jam to vote against party lines. Who do you really want making decisions for the country. Those that think for themselves or those that just do as they are told by their handlers.

Hah, ha ha I'm trying to imagine which Democrat was having a crisis of conscious and wasn't doing what he or she wanted. About the only thing any Democrat could have been debating was which negative thing, like censure might be better.

The easiest job in the world for Pelosi, was uniting the Democrats against Trump. Same with Schumer. I wouldn't even call it a job, it was a given.

In 'Fact, Trump did more to unite the Democrats in the last 4 years than the Democrats did.
