I don't think they would be able to disqualify him, just convict him of a felony. Though the way the Constitution is interpreted, a politician could shoot his opponent dead, and if the people vote for him, he can still become President.

We are in that weird timeframe where they haven’t been told what to think yet by the Dilbert guy.
