Aside from that, I have to actually see the proof he donated his salary. He's made empty promises before.

Publicly verified. Check the news. Not PMSNBC but news.

Ainít the question. Trump actually acts while the others ran their mouths

If he hadn't donated it, they would
be screaming that he's a selfish
greedy billionaire. He can't win
either way with the haters.

His salary is what he makes in half a day on his fortune. Lets say he is worth 4 billion. And let's say he is doing poorly in these times, only making 5%. During his presidency real estate, bonds, and stocks have all far exceeded that. Soooooo...... conservatively he made 200 million. Figure 250 days per year for business. So 800,000 a DAY! So half a days 'work' pays his entire salary (It's around $400k a year, right?) So by not taking a salary he will not even notice it! It is the cheapest way to buy good publicity there is! If he donated $1,000,000 to a real worthy charity, it wouldn't be news. But giving up $100k a quarter is headline news!

I've seen athletes give up a 'paycheck' for a charity. Usually it is an extremely small percent of their total compensation.

But the point is he is donating $400k to the gubmint, and apparently none of the previous Presidents have done so.

He's not comping the government for the use of golf carts at his own facilities. Cost to the US taxpayer is 550,000 and counting.

Since it's almost Thanksgiving I was going to be thankful for whatever things I could think of Trump did or tried to do. Unfortunately I forgot the second thing already.

But I did think it was great he tried to get legislation to force drug companies advertising to have to list a cost for any drug they make. So when they had a drug with a ridiculous price, like $500 a week or some such it might actually embarrass them. Unfortunately it didn't pass.

PACT Act. Skimmed through it and it seemed wholly good and without overreach (sport / farming). Reckon we could get full forum support on that one.

The criminal justice reform bill he signed was fine. Could have been stronger, but whatís that old saying about not letting the perfect be the enemy of the good....

Civil rights activists clash over 2020 African American voters supporting Trump

They are running scared as Trump has gotten money in the pockets of Blacks and they are saying, "wouldn't you rather be broke than have Trump in office?"

How great it would be if Trump pulls even 20% of Blacks. Democrats have to thread their race needle perfect to win, and they count on minorities to block vote for them. No wonder they are afraid of Blacks thinking for themselves.
