The Ukraine is important
All risk players know it and now conservatives are finding out the wrong way how important Ukraine is :-)

Very entertaining last night where
the talking heads shows had
one constitutional law professor
after another, all saying that this
whole impeachment business is
a bad joke. There is zero there
to impeach on. And the good
part is, if even if all the allegations
the Dems made up were true, none
of it is a crime. The president has
a huge amount of leeway over
anybody else in the country.

This is all smoke and mirrors to
take the spotlight off the real
criminal, Joe Biden.

Yep that's the key right there. It would be sweet justice if impeachment moved forward and it exposed...........................

Creepy Joe and his shady son's dealings in Ukraine lol!! 😂😂

These once-secret memos cast doubt on Joe Biden's Ukraine story

This whole impeachment nonsense is going to backfire on the libbies big time. Just mark my words

An impeachment trial is a political process, not a legal process.

Alexander Hamilton was very clear in 1788: Impeachment does not require a crime. Hamilton's exact words in Federalist Papers were "a violation of the public trust." You can violate someone's trust without committing a crime. (Cheating on your girlfriend is horrible, but it's not illegal.)

Articles 10 & 11 of Andrew Johnson's impeachment were for giving embarrassing rambling speeches.

Illegal acts are surely impeachable, but not all impeachable acts are illegal. If the president stood on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office and shouted obscenities on national television while dancing in the nude, that would be impeachable but not illegal (FCC violations notwithstanding).

In the end the Senate has to prove
a high crime has been committed.
That's why zero presidents have
been removed from office. Like
the law professors say over and
over, nobody in congress or the
media seems to know how impeachment
works.

Quote: Constitutional Rights Foundation
The convention adopted “high crimes and misdemeanors” with little discussion. Most of the framers knew the phrase well. Since 1386, the English parliament had used “high crimes and misdemeanors” as one of the grounds to impeach officials of the crown. Officials accused of “high crimes and misdemeanors” were accused of offenses as varied as misappropriating government funds, appointing unfit subordinates, not prosecuting cases, not spending money allocated by Parliament, promoting themselves ahead of more deserving candidates, threatening a grand jury, disobeying an order from Parliament, arresting a man to keep him from running for Parliament, losing a ship by neglecting to moor it, helping “suppress petitions to the King to call a Parliament,” granting warrants without cause, and bribery. Some of these charges were crimes. Others were not. The one common denominator in all these accusations was that the official had somehow abused the power of his office and was unfit to serve.
Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it.
