Evenbob has only gotten prettier since the 80s. Who knows, maybe he looks a lot like Hillary now. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

You really need to pick and choose your battles better, Bob. You support Donald. No one is as obsessed with himself as Donald. He even talks about himself in the third person quite often. If you can't admit this, you are supremely hopeless. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

You really had nothing to say about Obama's egotism, so you had to jump in and say something about Trump's? If you can't admit that both Obama and Trump are extremely into themselves, you are totally hopeless. You'll likely just reply with another one of those stupid "there goes RonC saying both sides are the same comments"...to which I say...YES they are a lot alike. Both won the Presidency on personality alone and neither had anything close to the substantial resume of their opponent. They are also different, and I have said that I don't like everything Trump does, but both of their personalities got them where they are today. Obama has not been nearly as good of a President as his supporters think he is--look how far race relations have fallen during his two terms in office (a lot, according to recent polling and a myriad of articles). Many supporters seek to blame it on other things, as they do all of his shortcomings. His polling numbers are weird, given the huge loss his party just suffered. People want to say they love him but they rejected the Democrat party he represents soundly. Trump? Just like 8 years ago with Obama, the jury is still out. Partisan hacks on both sides are jockeying to be heard but the truth is we'll have to see what substance there is in his Presidency. |

Charles Barkley, Kayne West, Simon Cowell, Bill O' Reilly, early Muhammed Ali, Hugo Chavez, and just about every WWE wrestler (of course they are usually acting) and Trump, yes, Obama, no. I don't see it, never did. It registers about normal, above Bush sure. Trump takes his to Chavez level. There's little comparison. Trump can barely take a joke about himself without blowing a gasket. Obama does it routinely. Not something you can do if you have a giant ego. Trump's epic pettiness about slights from ANYONE. Trump is fucking ridiculous in the Ego department. EVERY President is "extremely into themselves." That's practically in the job description. But to compare Obama's ego to Donald's massive self obsession is like comparing a mild cold to full blown AIDs. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

I just don't think there is any comparison Obama strikes me as pretty normal. I would have a lot of his same reactions if I was in his shoes Trump of the other hand. He's nuts when it comes to his ego. Even the lightest criticism and he goes straight to twitter seething to blast and insult individual Americans. Trump has an ego the size of the Universe. | pew Member since: Jan 8, 2013 Threads: 4 Posts: 1232 | I was talking to a customer about Trump, he hates him/I love him, and we were dumbfounded about the fact that two people could see the same facts and come to entirely different conclusions. Trumps ego is yuge. Obama is thin skinned +100. Neither one wants to be criticized. Who does? |

The real essential issue here is that Obama stopped picking fights with private citizens shortly after taking office. Not that he had many. I don't think the Orange Pervert in Chief will learn this lesson at all. He'll be done for when even his supporters get tired of it. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Everything is not a comparison. You liberals can't help yourself...if someone says both of them have huge egos (not a comparison, just a fact about both of them...and likely most Presidents), you have to figure out a way to disagree. Whatever. If I was actually making a comparison, I would say Trump's ego is larger than Obama's. I don't think there is really any argument there, at least not from me. I am not a huge Trump fan, but he has been elected legally and will become President. Obama's Presidency is in the past, pretty much, and I think he is overrated right now and will not be as highly thought of after time passes as he is now. His poll ratings are interesting; he polls well but his party took a huge defeat in November. I know, I know...his ratings are higher than Trump's. We'll see how that plays out, too. |
