My first argument was that Trump didn't fit the traditional model of "self-made" and I sourced it as early as I could find to Fredrick Douglas and Benjamin Franklin. And I still hold that he doesn't fit "self-made'' in the sense I always heard it. He started out with several advantages. A million dollar loan being way above average.

You brought up Forbes list created in 2014. So, I allowed that even if we use that he's average, so what are you crowing about?

I remember listening to her on Howard Stern years ago and she said once she made $100 million from her talk show, she felt like she never had to work again and she could just live comfortably off the interest from her investments for the rest of her life...

Previously Mexican nationals who present a Form DSP–150, B–1/B–2 Visa and Border Crossing Card (BCC) are not required to obtain a Form I–94 (a VISA) if their stay in the United States is less than 72 hours and they remain within 25 miles of the border (75 miles within Arizona). The new rule extended the time limit to allow BCC holders to remain in the United States for up to 30 days without being issued a Form I–94. The geographic limitations initially remained the same, but have been under debate (in particular to include Phoenix, and not just Tucson).

In Tijuana it coincidentally arrived just as the murder rate in Tijuana soared, so many Baja Californias with the necessary wealth could essentially move into the border zone (up to 25 miles on the California side) where they could live and only have to return to Mexico every 30 days. In the desert in Imperial County, Interstate 8 is less than 7.5 miles from the border. Downtown San Diego is only 14 miles from the Mexican border.

This new rule was very positively received, and GW Bush received a record breaking (for a GOP candidate) 40% of the Latino vote.
