I couldn't tell if he said anything about Donald Trump being chosen by God. Is 6000 the right number? Maybe I heard that wrong.

Well, the Bible predicted the Cubs' World Series win, and the fact that I would burn my grilled cheese sandwich just now (the punishment due a blasphemer!), so certainly, it's at least 6,000. I think the New Expanded Bonus Edition Bible has an extra 500 predictions, which you can access by uttering a particular prayer while sticking french fries up your nose.

I actually overhear conversations like the one you heard all the time. A major part of what's wrong with this country is that so many people believe in silly nonsense. I mean, when belief Trumps reality, what's the point of trying to persuade people with logic?

I've heard some wealthy people talk about their wealth as almost a side effect of what they liked to do. Others seem focused on the whole process and probably take more chances to win bigger prizes. I think if you fall into the second group you're likely to "keep playing" and possibly win or lose HUGE amounts.

Which goes to show the average intelligence of the Trump voter. Ford was never going to move any plant to Mexico. They are going to move production of some cars here.

FYI, not that you care, Ford has been operating plants in Mexico since 1964.
