Started watching Big Little lies HBONOW
I did not expect it to suck me in but it did
Not my favorite subjects, family drama and kids, but it is pretty well done with great actresses so it's keeping my interest

Season #2 starts 9 June.
Women love "Big Little Lies"( February 19, 2017). I think that show is the reason "Killing Eve" ( April 8, 2018) did as well as it did. There was a heightened interest among women to watch murder and intrigue, as long as it involves fashion and flawed husbands.

The writers took a chance on making the trophy wife, played by Zoë Kravitz, the kindest and most honorable woman in the bunch. Most women don't like trophy wives, for obvious reasons. So the writers took a bold chance in that plot line. But it pays off in the end.

The saving grace of Ozark is Laura Linney.
Her acting saves the day. Jason Bateman
is bland, all the local residents are cartoon
characters, the FBI agents are emotionally
challenged. I'm on ep 13 and 11 people
have died so far. With little fanfare and
zero police investigation. Amazing.

This is Missouri, I half expect to see the
banjo playing kid from Deliverance on
the Langmore porch, that's how stereotypical
the writers have made them.

Starting tonight on HBO
CHERNOBYL
looks pretty good

1st episode was great.
Its like a horror movie in that many of the people in the story are not to concerned while the audience is well aware of the massive dangers
It so stunning the downplaying of the incident as it develops by the people in charge

Just finished season 1
Good surprise reveal at the end that was well handled.
Good story, good writing and great acting.
The funniest moment, Laura Dern having loud sex.
Watching the 1st episode referring to a death, I was under the false impression that the detectives would play a big part in the series
That's not the case.
I still enjoyed it despite it being a chick series. I'm in for season 2

The co-star of Lucifer, Lauren German, is a very pretty woman with a nice "girl next door look". It seems she is secure with introducing very sultry guest stars.

Lucifer introduces Eve (from Adam and Eve) this season. It would seem that Adam is a bit of a stick in the mud.

Always a little girl on girl kissing in the TV show

I'm sure I'll like Eve as much as
I liked his ridiculous 'mother'.

Despite promises of making the 4th season of Lucifer much darker, Netflix has decided to keep the TV-14 parental rating it had on Fox.
But yes, the celestial being of Lucifer and Amenadiel's mother was fairly disturbing. I think Eve is a much better character.

3rd season of Sneaky Pete on Prime.
One of the best shows out there.
This season has Ricky Jay's final
acting gig. And he really looks.
like. crap. He was only 72
but he looks 85. He doesn't look
well at all.

M. Emmett Walsh is there for
7 episodes. I love this guy, been
seeing him in everything since
the 60's. And so have you. He's
been in 225 projects. 84 years
old and looks 90.

Has anyone seen "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs"? I thought it was awesome!
