(that's all you can do, this is not choosing to pick a lottery number or get rich) Would you do it? Consider, there's no actual way to know the random consequences of your action on other subsequent events. So things may be better or worse than you expect once you prevent the tragic event. For instance, you save your beloved Grandfather from eating poison mushrooms. A week later, he was the one driving when most of the rest of your family went off a road and perished over a cliff.
