Health intervention has extremely significant risk reduction for hypertension, cardiology problems, respiratory problems, dementia. I'm talking about forty and fifty percent risk reductions not a few measly points or something. And this is despite the sausage and beer that is involved. Do a sauna four times a week or more. Suffice it to say that only American tourists think bathing suits are worn in a sauna or that it is some sort of solitary activity. |
