He's right, as usual. Rosanne would be
getting big kudo's from ABC for a
remark against Trump. But Obama is
sacred ground. Wait till Trump has to

He is totally right. For proof, look at how so many awful remarks about Sarah Palin were accepted and even praised. No big deal. Tebow takes a knee, it is "offensive." Kaepernick does it and he is held up. Limbaugh was "too divisive" for the NFL. Vick, a felon, comes back with just a 4 game suspension.

I still have never read a tweet or a facebook, this is as close as I get to social media. I think I know what the hubbub is about, but not sure.

If the main concern is about the Soros part of her tweeting, That is historically accurate , breaking down Jewish doors and confiscating their property. If it is about the planet of the apes part, I haven't seen anything that offends my delicate sensibilities. On a side note, we lived in Page, Az. for a few years, that is where the original POTA was filmed. Actors would wander around town, with half of their ape outfits on. Anything about the Ape movies reminds me of that, and comes out a little humorous.

I liked Rosanne back when she started on Johnny Carson and shortly after. Her humor at the time was a good fit, for someone raising kids in the 80's. Shortly after she became famous, she ran out of original material. I like stand up comedy best, and it's hard to come up with an hour strait of material, some of it bombs.

She used to have a good hook on the end. I don't find her humorous anymore, but the joke about planet of the apes reminded me of her early twang.

How does a popular show effect affect the bottom line in a negative way?

Lots of production companies in Hollywood
If Fox thinks the racist Roseanne can make them money, they will pick her up
