Haven't we been fighting for years to keep people from being, or considered being, anything less than 1st class citizens?

Doing that is a poor answer. Who else should we consider to be less than 1st class citizens? That is a slippery slope...

Maybe using the "bully pulpit" of the Presidency and bringing good information to the people without preaching at them. It is hard to change minds, but it is something that we need to do. We'll see how this 6 point speech goes later today...

Speeches are not going to change things. All the information is out there. We are not talking about a POTUS giving us an update after Pearl Harbor or 9/11. More and more people are "done with covid." Look at the attendance at the college football games. Look how few people want to wear the masks when it is not mandated.

I disagree. More and more people are coming around to the vaccinations by talking to their doctors, seeing the results (for example, one hospital system in Florida reports daily and the percentage of unvaccinated people hospitalized is almost always above 98%), cutting through some of the bullshit that is out there about chips in the vaccine, etc. You are never going to get 100% of the population vaccinated but you can bring information to them. Education, teaching, leading...yelling at people does none of those things.

Yes, but let’s be realistic: those people are not going to be open to letting Joe Biden educate them on vaccines.

There are a good number of people who likely voted for Biden rejecting the vaccine. Just believing the fantasy that it is only one side with vaccine hesitancy is a failure to understand what is going on. Building trust, changing minds, and leading are hard. Making speeches demanding businesses and others impose mandates is both easy and divisive...it entrenches people in opposition to the vaccine.
