Cosby used drugs to preclude resistance and to induce a state of memory failure so that events would be hazy and degree of consent would be uncertain. Weinstein just used physical and economic coercion, not being particularly concerned about consent. Each relied on money, lawyers and publicists, though Weinstein was focused largely on his intelligence networks. What each failed to realize was the groundswell of powerful women who would use any techniques to bring him dow: power, publicity or perjury. |

That is exactly why we should not allow women to have any power. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

As to that Florida gubernatorial candidate, anyone who came that close first time out of the box deserves to seek solace with something but booze and a broad is always best for a politician.
