Certainly not Yonkers. I know less about the LA 'burbs. La Jolla perhaps?

I would think there's a lot of cities in CA that could be winners. Fresno, Bakersfield, the whole strip between LA and San Diego, Palmdale/Lancaster/Victorville (Edwards AFB). Really, looking for military installations is probably not a bad way to go.

I bet at least one of the answer cities is also in AZ. Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale, Chandler.

Looks about right. That'd mean that both Anaheim (350,000) and Santa Ana (330,000) actually favored Obama (they're in Orange County).

Virginia Beach is home to McCain's adopted son.

And a ton of the military.

And at least one forum member....

Reminds me of the WWII orientation of military censors. Tell them nothing until the war is over and then only tell them who won. Its like those commercials on TV about laundry products... its often the same manufacturer but competing products. Same with politicians: ostensibly there is a difference, in reality it matters not which one wins the election. The polarization is contrived.

Pinnacle lines as of Monday morning:

Obama: -393
Romney: +340

Personally, I think Obama should be more like a -550 favorite.

Or it means that people who gamble on politics are more likely to vote Democrat?

So, does this mean if I bet $100 on Romney, I'd get $340 and my bet back if he wins, or do I still not understand sports betting? And could I still place a bet today?

Yes, that is what you would get at Pinnacle. Personally, I'll give you $350. I'm sure every Internet sports book will take action all day. I tend to think Pinnacle will keep their window open until the first state closes voting.

Remember, your soul is also riding on this.

You're on (I trust you to pay faster). My $100 against your $350 if Romney wins.

This is what should be reported instead of news polls. It's easier to be clear-eyed if there's money on the line! If they really thought Romney was ahead like those polls EB loves so much seem to indicate, he'd be the one favored.
