First of all the ones considered not to have been written by Paul are NOT forgeries and if you really did research about the writings of that time period and their practices I wouldn't have to tell you that. I also think you have mixed up the numbers. Every scholar I have ever read is convinced that at least 7 of Paul's letters are unquestionably authentic. I challenge you to present any credible, serious, and objective scholar who says that seven of Paul's letters are obvious forgeries, you cannot do it.

Usually I just tell you are wrong because you say something I disagree with and I can't really point to clear proof you are wrong other than reason and logic. Here I can tell you that only one book of the NT is even possibly more than 100 years after the fact of the Resurrection and almost every other book is within a couple decades or more of the events of the Resurrection, most of them in the lifetime of the disciples and Apostles of Jesus Himself.

I hate this argument. It is a straw man, absurd, insulting, biased, and false. The allegation that I toe the company line on something so important as if there is a God and eternal salvation or not for a paltry sum makes me want to go to confession for the ill will I feel towards you. Please let me assure you that no amount of money would be enough for me or hopefully anyone to be forced to believe something false and pretend it is true. It makes me wonder how much some atheist group must be paying you to toe the company line when you are so obviously wrong, without merit or evidence.

That brings us back to within the same book, even within the same chapter and sometimes in adjacent verses, being told that one unbelievable statement is poetry, but this other unbelievable statement is fact.

You can see and hear God if you know where to look and what to listen to. Start with yourself and see God in whose image and likeness you are made. Look at your hands, rejoice that you can think, look around to see how different you are, how much freedom you enjoy, how good you desire and want to be. Then look at the person closest to you. Look at nature in all its beauty. Listen to the soft still voice of your conscience, where God speaks to you in the whispers of the imagination, senses, and your intellect.

Science cannot prove God exists but the visible evidence of His creation leads back to Him. I think its funny you use the words, "pop into existence" because that is exactly how many atheists believe everything came into existence. All energy and matter just popped into existence without a cause and without a reason or purpose.

if I were brainwashed from an early age on
what to see and hear. But I wasn't. I was left to
my own devices and arrived at the only
truly logical conclusion there is.
