Watched "Riddick"(2013) with Vin Diesel as Riddick. Ex-convict. Worth more dead than alive to bounty hunters.

It's pure popcorn movie. I don't know a single one of the other actors in it. I enjoyed it enough not to turn it off until it was over.

I liked Pitch Black a lot
The 2nd movie, I was not impressed

They are two very different films. I enjoyed both for different reasons, but liked "Pitch Black" more than the sequel, even though the end of "Pitch Black" was kinda lame.

I've only seen PB a couple times, the
lamest of the three. Chronicles was
a big budget movie with a real
story and interesting characters.
Riddick is such a badass, he really
doesn't care about anybody but
himself.

I just wasted 2 hours on this movie (on Amazon Prime)
Got rave reviews as the best horror movie in years and yet, aside from one or two interesting scenes, the ending became somewhat comical

I never watch stuff like that, I never even saw
any of the big horror movies in the past. Like
chainsaw movies, Friday the 13th sequels, Freddy
Krueger, Halloween movies. I never saw any
of them, they just all seem the same to me.

I haven't either. The only one I've watched and liked was Jeepers Creepers, and part 2. There is a part 3 that I haven't watched yet. The sequel is unique in that, it was as good as the original.

Jeepers Creeper 2 is really one of the few in that genre that I ever liked. Can't even pinpoint why exactly. There's so many I don't care for.

The plot line for those type of movies is always the
same. Put some young people into a terrifying
harrowing situation and keep them there non-stop
for 90 minutes. Keep everybody in the audience in
a state of tension for 90 minutes. You've seen one of
these movies, you've seen the all.
