First, even 2 million is meaningless. Second, ice cores do not give an accurate enough read. We are hearing of 1-2C change, an ice core cannot give that accurate a read. Even in the last 150 years we went from taking readings in towns to airports, distorting the data.

That position is indefensible in the context of determining the causal factors of clearly ongoing, rapid climate change.

Hell, I'm no climate scientist yet even I know the significance of the elevated CO2 levels: what, do you think the increased CO2 is from natural causes?

Or do you deny the CO2 levels have risen substantially in modern times?

Do you not agree that elevated CO2 will contribute to global warming?

Wait several years ago you were saying the earth is less than 10k years old? How is it now 4.5 billion years? You can't just change your view to for the arguments...
