missedhervee Member since: Apr 23, 2021 Threads: 175 Posts: 5843	Maybe Taiwan should do what Switzerland did back in the day: announce that all the bridges and tunnels will be blown up if invaded, but for Taiwan substitute chip mfs for bridges and tunnels. But would this actually deter an invasion?

If they are going to do it, now seems pretty close to an ideal time at least as far as the current environment. Maybe they aren’t really ready, or maybe the threat is more of a Cold War type strategy about keeping some impending threat for some advantage.
