Your example would be a threat of direct physical harm (which is violence.) Breaking a window and stealing candy bars is not violence. It's really not that complicated, this is pretty well defined legally and criminally. |

Legally, yes that is correct, you did read that right and finally seem to be getting it. ----------- Violence is physical harm or the explicit threat of physical harm. So your earlier example of a gangster breaking your window in front of you are saying you will be next if you don't comply is violence. But, my example of breaking in a vacant store to steal candy bars is not violence. Property and financial crimes are never violence. It really is quite simple. Violence is harmful physical actions against humans (or the threat of such actions.) |

I laugh hearing the these guys talking about violence from the left, yet they support a guy that claims "sexual relationships between 13-year-old boys and adults could be "perfectly consensual" and positive experiences for adolescents". Makes perfect sense in the pedo world. |
