We only see the single post Terapined wants us to see. And none of the hundreds of other posts the agitator made. As always, the arrested will have access to counsel. And will only be convicted if a jury of his peers determines he committed a crime beyond any reasonable doubt. You worried that the jury of his peers won’t understand the difference between free speech and inciting violence?
