I've already stated that I'm not going back to 2016 or 2020. 2024 speaks for itself, as I've already addressed. You are embarrassed by having him as President again, but not too embarrassed to vote for opponent.

Correct. Trump’s flaws are many.

But as should be obvious to any, having a Democrat President, if also having Senate and House majorities, would be far worse for the country. I would not have been embarrassed at having Harris as President, but it would have been worse.

New all time high today for my WoV stock portfolio by the way. Hit 16 consecutive 3 pointers today. And found out I’m having a grandson! And my wife is still smart and gorgeous. Life is good, even with our embarrassing President!

Too bad John McCain never got a shot back in the day: he was a much better, much "bigger" man than Don the Con will ever be and he was moderate enough to keep the ship of state on an even keel: I wish the republicans could have offered up a more "sane" and moderate candidate in 2016 and after: instead we get a wannabe Stalin.

John McCain is a piece of garbage. Treated the POTUS of his own party awful because he was bitter that he ran an awful campaign and lost huge. He thought "moderates loved him" but he was a sucker as they just liked that he was a thorn in the side of the GOP.

He would never be taken serious as a leader. He would be a laughingstock on the world stage. We are talking about a man who Obama said, "he does not believe women should be paid the same as men" just stood there like a statue. Never tried to refute it.

"Moderates" do not win. As Rush Limbaugh used to say, go to the library and ask for the books on great moderates in history.

Now he is Stalin? I thought you said he was Hitler? Can't you make up your mind?

He admires both and patterns himself in some ways after both.

John McCain was the original rino, he always voted more with the Democrats than with the Republicans. He was a blowhard and even his account of what happened to him in the Vietnamese prison has serious holes in it. It's claimed he was called Songbird by some of the prisoners while he was there with because he traded information for not getting tortured. His service record before he was captured was abysmal. And 40 years later the head guard at the prison where McCain was kept claimed they never tortured him, he made it all up.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

The 2024 election offered up only two unattractive candidates.

Many opting for the oaf did so because Harris was seen as a train wreck whereas Trump was a locomotive careening out of control, i.e. the proverbial "lesser of two evils."

The GOP offered up 9 candidates including Donny is 2016. The GOP primary voter selected Donny running away. The GOP offered up 10 candidates in 2024, including Donny. The GOP electorate selected Donny. The GOP doesn't want moderates. They want Stalinist MAGA. The GOP had ample opportunity to stop Donny in his tracks, if they wanted. Instead, they want Stalinist MAGA.

I've always said that a man should marry a woman at least as smart as he is, and would hit the jackpot if she's smarter.

None of those things you mention have anything to do with Donny. Stock market also up under Joe, and Barack and Clinton. Inflation's picking up too. But, hey, we're really sticking it to the immigrants, aren't we!

And to the Washington Commanders.

And to the Canadians.

And to the Gazans.

And to Stephen Colbert.

The list goes on and on...

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

How true that is.

I'd be happy if you gave some examples.

Like:

Hitler drank water. Stalin drank water. Trump drinks water.
Hitler wore pants. Stalin wore pants. Trump wears pants.

Probably more than you can come up with.

Harris would have taken advice and not pretend she knows all the answers. Also, would not have tried to take control of the culture at every level. She’s also not pompous baboon mimicking a human. She didn’t love dictators. She wouldn’t have been grifting half the nation with personal crap. And she couldn’t possibly lie half as much as the orange turd. And furthermore, the economy would have probably ticked up without all the f***ing nonsense. And she looks no more foolish than Trump dancing.

Harris would have just made word-salad speeches and giggled about how something happened.

"Illegal aliens are entering the country. So did the Pilgrims. giggle giggle giggle."

Seriously, the woman was a failure at everything she did. She is selfish and greedy. She cares about nothing but Kamala Harris.

Good thing that you did not worry when it briefly went down and sell out like our matchbook school attorney and other liberals here who said they took huge losses.
