The Rooney rule REQUIRES an NFL team to interview 2 minority candidates before it is ALLOWED to hire the candidate it wants. It is and always has been a total joke. They fly around a few Black guys that have no chance at landing the job. Anyway, if there ever was as blatant an example of a racist policy as this since sports was opened up to Blacks 3/4 of a century ago I’d like to see it. Demico Ryans is a great coach. He is Black. Whenever his tenure ends in Houston, he will be interviewed. And hired. Because he is a good coach. He doesn’t need any extra push because of his skin color. Same with Tomlin. Todd Bowles is a bad coach. If he gets fired no one should have to interview him. |

NFL should respond by relocating all three teams to cities out of Florida and never scheduling another game there ever again. |

Govt shouldn't interfere with businesses I belive in freedom. Soopoo doesn't I believe a business should have the freedom to succeed or fail Soopoo believes the govt should make business decisions I worked for American Express They believe diverse employees is a key to profitable success A business should have the freedom to be successful Republicans used to be for these business freedoms Because of DeSantis, Soopoo no longer supports freedom |
